So here's something for you even though it involves dairy. Baked potato. Wash it. While it's wet coat it liberally with Mrs. Dash. Microwave for a bit. When it's near done, take it out, split it. Sprinkle bleu cheese crumbs on it and dash with olive oil and a little sea salt. Broil until cheese is melted. Top with butter or any other preferred baked potato toppings. I really want updates.
